FREE ONBOARD CREDIT — TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The OBC voucher distributed at our marketing partners entitles the bearer to Free OBC applied to new cruise reservation booked through our travel agency partners only, based on the following schedule:

• $100 OBC — Cruises of 7 nights or longer in a Balcony stateroom or higher

• $50 OBC — Cruises of 3–5 nights in a Balcony stateroom or higher

• $50 OBC — Cruises of 7 nights or longer in an Inside or Oceanview stateroom

Note: Some cruise lines, such as ultra luxury river and expedition cruises, do not offer an Onboard Credit program. In these cases, our cruise agency partners will provide an equivalent benefit of comparable value.

 

Eligibility

• Valid on new bookings through our travel agency partners only. Reservations previously booked directly with a cruise line may qualify only if the booking can be transferred to our travel agency partners prior to final payment and the cruise line permits such transfer. Reservations currently made with another travel agency or third-party booking platform are not eligible for this offer and cannot be transferred.

• Not valid on casino or employee rates.

Voucher Redemption

• Voucher must be redeemed at www.freeobc.com or www.cruise.pink within 12 months from receiving it.

• Only one voucher per stateroom regardless of the number of guests, vouchers presented, or retail purchases made. Two guests traveling together in the same stateroom are entitled to one OBC amount.

• Proof of retail purchase from the issuing marketing partner may be required at time of redemption.

• OBC must be applied prior to final payment and may not be added after final payment has been processed.

 

Use of Onboard Credit

• OBC is issued in U.S. dollars (USD) and applied per stateroom, not per guest.

• OBC may be used for eligible onboard purchases only. It has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash or as a discount toward the cruise fare.

• OBC cannot be applied to casino play on certain cruise lines, medical center charges, or gratuities unless expressly permitted by the cruise line.

• Any unused OBC expires at the end of the cruise vacation and will not be refunded or carried forward.

 

General Conditions

• Not combinable with other agency-issued onboard credit promotions.

• OBC is void if the reservation is cancelled for any reason. No replacement voucher will be issued.

• If a reservation is modified or repriced, OBC eligibility will be reassessed based on the final confirmed fare and stateroom category.

• This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold or bartered.

• Happier Cruising LLC reserves the right to modify this offer at any time and to make final eligibility determinations in all cases.
